Terms & Conditions of Platform Use uubet

Clause 1 — Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and uubet ("Platform", "We"). The uubet platform operates under international licensing and offers sports betting, online slots, live casino, arcade games and various other online entertainment products.

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the uubet platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions in these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our platform.

uubet reserves the right to change, add or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our official website. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Clause 2 — Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a uubet account, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of account registration
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list or applicable gambling ban
• Provide truthful, accurate and complete information during the registration process
• Register one account only — multiple accounts are not permitted
• Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account

uubet reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time by requesting supporting documents such as a national identity card (MyKad), proof of address or other relevant information. Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Clause 3 — Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

The uubet platform supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of users in Malaysia. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels to protect the security of your financial information.

Payment methods available on the uubet platform are as follows: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit for each payment method is RM10, while the minimum withdrawal is RM100.

• All deposits will be credited to your account after successful verification
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours
• Withdrawals can only be processed to an account registered in the same user's name
• uubet does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals
• Transactions suspected of fraud or money laundering may be held for further investigation
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met

Clause 4 — Bonus and Promotion Terms

uubet offers a welcome bonus of 120% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal can be processed.

Example bonus wagering requirement calculation:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Account balance RM220 → Required wagering: RM120 × 10 = RM1,200
• Deposit RM1,600 → Bonus RM888 → Account balance RM2,488 → Required wagering: RM888 × 10 = RM8,880

Additional terms relating to bonuses are as follows:

• Each user is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user under any circumstances
• uubet reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is evidence of promotional abuse
• Other promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page
• uubet reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time

Clause 5 — Game Rules and User Conduct

All games offered on the uubet platform use random number generator (RNG) technology certified by an independent body. This ensures every game outcome is random, fair and cannot be manipulated by any party, including uubet itself.

uubet platform users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using third-party software or tools to influence game outcomes
• Collaborating with other users to exploit game weaknesses (collusion)
• Placing offsetting bets across different accounts to gain bonus advantages
• Sharing account information with third parties or allowing others to use your account
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets without the presence of a real user
• Taking actions that disrupt platform operations or the experience of other users

Breach of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all bonuses and winnings obtained through rule-breaking activity, and legal action where applicable.

Users are fully responsible for:

The uubet platform does not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption or entirely free from errors at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may be required from time to time. Users are advised not to make financial decisions based solely on platform availability.

Clause 8 — Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the uubet customer support team via live chat or support email. Requests will be processed subject to applicable conditions, including the settlement of any pending transactions.
